BASIC ENGINEERING

The preliminary design stage aims at creating the general framework of a project. The overall system configuration, calculations, schematics, functional diagrams and equipment layouts outline the project’s early silhouette.
Executing the preliminary engineering makes it also possible to estimate project costing and time planning, confirming its effective feasibility.

DETAILED ENGINEERING

Detailed engineering is a comprehensive and complex process that involves the meticulous development of all the technical details and documentation necessary to execute the project.
According to the agreed scope of supply, this can encompass a wide range of activities, from the initial refining and confirming the input data and the related process parameters to the final 3D-modeling of the entire assembly, passing through operation strategies definition, equipment and materials selection, field instruments and processing software integration, electric powering and a lot more.

COMMISSIONING

In general, our field operations experts team up with Customer’s staff and define an optimized commissioning strategy.   According to the agreed scope of supply, our job aims at making sure that all project aspects and details are fully respected, inspecting the construction yard when local activities reach points of advancement that are critical for what comes next.

Once all intermediate milestones are positively met and the system is up and ready to operate, our experts take it to production, sided by Customer’s staff.   In parallel to the commissioning, our team provides local staff with immersive and multidisciplinary training, targeting production and maintenance.

AFTER SALES

Menestrina seamlessly also provides all the after sales common activities.   Our Customers can count on extensive technical support and prompt assistance, from troubleshooting to definition of extraordinary maintenance activities, from post-commissioning process optimization to process upgrading/upscaling, always ensuring full satisfaction.   A fast and comprehensive spare parts supply is ensured over many years after the commissioning.

When the scope of the supply included our integrated advanced control systems too, remote diagnosis and tele-assistance over the internet provides additional value in terms of efficiency in answering and time saving.
